The purpose of Just White Shirt’s existence is to make you satisfied with our quality products.
For any reason if you are not satisfied with our products that you have purchased from us you are most welcome to return them to us within the period of 28 days, we show no hesitation in accepting a return of unworn and unaltered items for a credit or exchange. All clearance items and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
Web Customers must return products if they are not satisfied within a period of 90 days, we offer a money back guarantee which is valid till 90 days from the date of order. All clearance items and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
You can simply send us the items back with a note for either a new item number for the exchange or a request for store credit.
As soon as we get original receipt from your end along with the returns, we will right away credit your amount to the actual form of payment.
Please note all sale-able merchandise should carry an original receipt, if in any case you are unable to provide us with your original receipt, returns will not be entertained.
Just White Shirts may replace or refund merchandise with a justifiable manufacturer defect.

Made to Measure Shirts are 100% guaranteed to ensure you the satisfaction you desire and if in case of you’re not fully satisfied and need an exchange or a refund we would love to help you out with all your queries.
Kindly note we cannot exchange or refund altered goods.
Retail Stores Returns & Exchanges:
At your own convenience you can also return or exchange merchandises to any of Just White Shirts store in Canada.
For our customers in US, merchandise must be returned via shipment, you can receive your full refund back on returning your PayPal purchase by mail.
